The small town of Pulmen, Washington is occupied by a small population of 15,850 but also is the place of a prestige university: Washington University.

I understand that Pullman is an actual university town. And there is a Washington State University in Pullman. This site is a play off of Pullman and WSU and the names have been purposely misspelled.
Clear skies, average at 83° during the day. This evening, average at 57° with a slight hint of clouds.
E V E N T S
It's the beginning of Fall semester at WU. Freshman orientation is in session and the dorms are open for students to move in.
There's a party at the university apartments on third by an unknown face. Everyone who's anyone will be there but be sure to keep it low or the neighbors might call the cops.
